Even though we recognize the social and moral decline in our society, we must tear down the walls of prejudice, hatred, envy, fear, mistrust, and all of the hindrances keeping us from getting to the “promise land,” the place where God is wanting to meet us. In the book of Joshua, we see the plan of God for the children of Israel to enter into the promise land, however, they would first need to defeat the inhabitants of Jericho.
As they walked around the walls for seven days and followed the instructions of “The angel of the Lord,” the walls came down. Do you believe it was the vibrations and the unison of the children of Israel marching around the walls that caused them to fall or was it another miracles of God to demonstrate his sovereignty and His power to keep His promises to the children of Israel?
